Eq and fast heart rate?

Ok a buddy of mine took his first shot of eq 300mgs and ran 2mls . Burned a little then 45mins later heart started racing ? Feeling freaked out. Has anyone heard of sides like this?!

I have gone as high as 1600 mg/wk on EQ. Never had an issue. Now with high dose test I can definitely feel a thumping in my chest.
