Ok here we go. I have my own way it works for anyone. For starters we Gotta put our body thru HIIT workouts for long enough consistency for our body to....become more efficient and adapt. We need to go to bed at night and tell ourselves, I am doing this period. Body u will change because I am not stopping and something will eventually have to give. Diet important!!!
This stack not for everyone i will tell y'all what I do to get into 5-6% body fat with timing but we all Gotta learn our body or better teach it...
If someone is out of shape and has alot to shed I suggest lean bulk then cut right after this is s long run and may be judged but it is what it is...
So here we go lean bulk section
8-10 weeks if u scared of pinning often then stay out of shape this is what works for me!!!
Week 1-8
Test e or c 200 wk
Test prop 75mg a day
Mast e 100mg a day
Trest ace 12.5mg a day
Primo e 75mg -100mg a day
Anadrol 50mg a day week 1-4 or anavar 75mg a day week 1-8
Deca can be used in place of primo but keep trest ace trust me!!
Cabar 0.5mg 2x wk
Adex 0.5mg 3x wk
Proviron 50mg a day
Nolva 10mg a day
Hgh good quality generic work up to 5iu a day. Once lethergy kicks in and hands swell at night and hurt start below
Novathyral 20mcg t3 and 100mcg t4 mix
More t3 may be added like 25mcg.
Start with 1/4 Novathyral work to 1/2 then 3/4 then 1 each week monitor heart rate and BP by sure u have sore thyroid before upping too fast!!
Igf 60mcg split bi-lateral in muscle worked pre or post workout 2 weeks on 2 werks off
MT2 250mcg 3x for insulin sensitivity
Do hiit workouts in burst sets paired into 3 one after the other after main builder exercise. Increase pace to where hardly taking break between burst just pause drink water and back at it.
Workouts should last 45 to 65 minutes!!!
Cut it's time to party right after lean bulk

This is what I do I don't advise anyone use tren unless body fat is at 11-12% at end of lean bulk.
Test e 150 wk
Test p 75mh a day
Tren ace 75mg a day
Mast p 100mg a day
Primo ace 75mg a day (optional)
If can't handle tren use DHB (TEST-1-CYP)
At 75mg a day with primo ace
Anavar 75mg a day 4 weeks
Winny 50...or a day last 4 weeks or halotestin 20mg last 4 weeks
Proviron 75mg a day
Adex 0.5mg 3x wk
Cabar 0.5mg 2x wk
Nolva 10mg a day
T3/t4 same mix 1 tab straight thru
Hgh 5iu a day
Igf 2 weeks on 2 off but not last 2 weeks
MT2 250mcg 3x
Lower test p to 50mg when tren sides start
Lower test p to 30mg last 2 weeks
I add 25mg Anadrol if I lose size when I drop test but stop drol 10 days before end
I work and work until I become a machine that doesnt stop at hiit labored breathing whole time. I push so everytime I adjust I push harder so always getting higher intensity.
When viens out in abdomen all over and calipers hardly read nothing I say I am 5%!!
I do this 2x to 3x year!! Usually for a contest or a contact of some sort for.....
U never know can't tell all secrets.
My body comes in everytime.
To be honest i don't eat the strictest diet at all.
Most workouts fasted in morning with only protien drink and red bull sugar free
5 eggs in morning 2 wheat toast peanut butter on toast
9am fruit with oatmeal
12pm. Lean ground 8-10oz meat and sweet potato
3pm protien smoothly with fruit
6pm 8 oz lean beef pork loin or steak with salad vinegarette dressing fat free only
Broccoli
9pm Greek yogurt fat free bowl of cereal 2% milk
And most days kids snacks and what ever... When my body fat gets under 7% I get low blood sugar and go for sweets.
It's necessary!!!
For whatever reason hgh and igf keeps fat off atm I am eating just laid back and body fat getting lower on mild stack not like above. My thyroid already came back from run like above stopped June 25th.
I adjusted to hgh 5iu but hands bad at night and morning!!!
Well that is what works for me and my doses may not be yours and thyroid and tren not for everyone!!!
I use for fat loss and when hgh and igf got me falling asleep at peak of release!!
