Favorite quick bodybuilding meal

I'd like to get some new ideas, but I need BASIC stuff.
My favorite is 2.5lbs of pork loin for 1 1/2 hours at 425* with lemon pepper, salt, and extra pepper.
Then I make a pot of instant mashed potato's and Silk makes some microwave broccoli.
It's the shit and really only takes like 5 minutes in the kitchen tops
 
1 cup of oatmeal,2 scoops of whey,1.5 cups of almond milk. Mix it together before microwave then I put 1 cup of frozen blueberries in to cool it down when finished to cool it down.
 
I was going to say a chocolate whey protein shake and a bowl of maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal. Doesnt come much quicker than that.
 
I know a lot of guys who eat hamburger meat with the cheesy rice a roni and make a tub of it each day. Stuff is tasty, cheap, and pretty clean.
 
I know this isnt a quick meal but we're cooking up some gator and crawfish this weekend. Its been on my mind all week and thought I had to share it.
 
2 cans of tuna and a box of Kraft Mac & cheese mix together and top with some Tabasco sauce. Yummy
