IGF arrived today... going to start tom but not really sure when or where i am going to pin yet. defintely going to try Pre-WO but does anyone know whether post-WO/b4 bed/morning has any added benefit? I understand Pre-WO and the whole benefeit of the pump to due the nutrients being shuttled but if anyone has knowledge about other times im all ears. I also don't know whether subq or I.M. is the route to go... I'm going to start subQ and see how that goes then when i get some experience ill try I.M...... and from what i've read theres no real evidence that I.M. works better but from word around the forums it seems to work even better.
Any thoughts???

Also do i need to use any bac water to backfill the syringe or is it fine as is???
I use it w.o BW but subq 4 me is a burn I cant stand it's annoying, IM just a quick sting and gtg. If u feel the solution in the AA is too much u can add BW it wont hurt the IGF1 but nly mix the bw in the syringe never the vial.. AA has long lasting shelf-life opposed to BW
Update: This is to help rehab a knee injury and hopefully get full strength back in my leg.
Day 1:
- 40 mcg subq prior to pt exercises
- Felt kinda tired after injection.
- Subq stung off and on for like 3 hours...
- Other than that everything went fine.
Day 2:
- 40 mcg IM into teardrop on quad prior to pt exercises.
- within 10 seconds it felt sore and felt more stiff than pumped if that makes sense.
- no fatigue and pt exercises went fine but my teardrop was sore af the whole time.
Tomorrow i will be doing some weight room exercises along with pt exercises... interested to see if there a difference in pump compared to not using igf.
