How frequently should I change my weight lifting routine? Should I constantly change it up to keep my muscles guessing or should I keep at it until I hit a plateau?
Some people do..but I think as long as you deload every once in a while, Theres no reason why you shouldnt be able to keep progressing on the same routine for extended periods of time.
