fulmenpharma.com stressing me out. Lost funds

ordered with fulmenpharma and sent them the money. Very upset my funds seem to have been lost. Sent them $2K in bitcoin. They are saying they never got it. I see the transaction on the blockchain and it did go through. So no clue what is going on.
This sucks for sure.
Any idea how I can get my money back or am I screwed for good?
