I have been using 20mg of Cardarine for almost 4 weeks now. Almost finished the 1st bottle. Before I started GW tren really killed my cardio that is one major side i had from tren.
GW has slowly increased my ability to actually run again. So, befor tren I ran at the park. The park is over a mile and a half and very hilly. Huge inclines and I did it in 13:45 time. With tren the final hill killed me. And my time was 17:23
With cardarine I have seen better times. Last tally it was at 14:27 I wonder what it would be if tren wasnt in my system?
Today was a huge breakthrough. I ran a total of 1 hour. Even without tren I normally do 20 mins to 30 tops and that is enough. Today I finished my normal 30mins but felt like doing more so added time. In which after doing a total of 7 miles I stoll wanted to go, but I had things to do and had to leave. 7 miles is great for me. No heavy breathing or anything and that isn't a normal thing given tren is still being shot and such.
While it is still early, Card has been an effective tool in this cut abd i would love to do it without Tren soon. As I feel it will be amazing for my cardio.
Plus, unlike other fat loss stuff like Clen, I dont get a crazy heart rate that makes it hard for me to actually do cardio.
I will update and do a summary of my experience at the close of my cycle of card. But so far it is very good.
After my cycle I will do it again (I assume you take 4 to 8 weeks off before you do it again?)
Afterwards DNP. I will run dnp at 250mg for 4 weeks when it is cooler outside lmao. I'm thinking Card in my pct. So far I am looking Lean not where I want to be 100% but huge improvement overall.
