There seem to be alot of new threads on this lately. Mostly inexperienced guys with very little drug knowledge. So I thought I'd compile a couple things so that maybe we could avoid posting the same thing over and over.
1. People that can gain muscle AND lose bodyfat at the same time are few and far between and if you are asking about it, you are not one of them. It is possible to gain muscle and keep bodyfat the same there by lowering total bodyfat percentage.
Also if you're over 5'4 and under 200lbs you have something else that needs to be addressed before you figure out you chemical cocktail. Chances are VERY GOOD that it's your diet. Food and protein build muscle not steroids. Steroids TELL your body to use protein if it is available to build muscle. If the quality food isn't there than you are holding water and that will disipate when you stop using.
Alot of guys mention how they see this huge guy eat or train this way or that way. It is no where near as hard to maintain muscle as it is to build. You have to work and eat way more than the huge guy. He put in his time.
Alot of the new guys don't want to talk about their diet "diet is good" is common. No its not If you arent building muscle with 500mg a week of test, then adding Tren, and Anadrol, and all that mess isn't going to help.
If you new guys want to experiment with advanced stuff use IGF from a reputable source. Regardless of what you read in the magazines insulin will make you fat.
Eat 2+ lbs of lean meat per day and train with reasonable weights 3 - 4 times a week and most guys under 200lbs can get fantastic results with 400mg of test a week. You don't need to use more each time. That is total crap.

I always end up looking pregnant after bulking and when I cut I always have to buy a new belt.hahahaha

the food thing is so so true! I'm a female, but even I have learned that I have to have my calories up up up in order to gain muscle! I train 6 days a week, no cardio and I have to eat a ton (well, maybe not a TON, but more than 2500 cals/day) to gain anything at all, and that is naturally! Wont try another cycle (Ive only done one Primo cycle) until i make sure I have the weight on i need and just build on that!

Probably my favorite part of your post, mainly because weve seen this so many times here at MuscleChemistry! But its really hard to tell these days if the person posting they arent growing on 500mg of testosterone a week is just not eating right, or if their gear just sucks balls, cause everyone and their mother has their own steroid lab and brand lol, and a lot of shit steroids out there! lol,

I have a hard time bulking being a hard gainer but everyone calls me a freak too. I can run a hard bulk cycle and eat very dirty and still lean out. If you have a hard time leaning out you better focus on your diet more than any of the chemical components.
