For my back i've just always done deadlifts and rows. heavy deads and light rows one week, next week light deads and heavy rows. light stuff I always squeeze at contraction really hard, almost to point of cramping it.
I think You need to add some more size to that back bro......I can only fit one movie on it at a time...christ man you're a drive-in theatre screen.....Great Back
