Hey all, found this site from a google search and have been lurking about absorbing knowledge.
There seems to be some really experienced and knowledgeable people on here!
A little bit about myself:
Started training on and off with no real knowledge or direction at 17, lost motivation and stopped lifting
Started muay thai at 23, loved it until I tore my psoas muscle completely, 8-9 months recovery before I could walk without pain.
Been a fat slob the last 2-3 years, no training whatsoever and my amazing missus is a cake decorating whiz (I'm generally her Guinea pig) so I'm currently at my heaviest weight ever.
I am 172 cms tall, 97.5 kgs with a fairly gross 31% body fat. Body image and self esteem fairly shit.
Once my gf has had our baby (due any day now) I'll be joining a local gym.
My aims are to lose weight, get down to around 8-10% bodyfat and grow some arms and pecs haha
I've started dieting, aiming for a high protein, high nutrient diet which I can continue while lifting.
I am supplementing with fish oil+ vitamin D, herbs of gold men's multi vitamin with tribulus and I have some vital strength total+ high protein powder.
I'm planning on a clen/t3 course along with the diet until I drop down to 80kgs.
I am planning on a test e/dbol/deca stack later on after my natural gains slow down. A close friend of mine ran this stack with very good results so I'll copy him haha
It will be my first time doing aas, I have used clen and t3 before so I know what to expect with that.
I'd appreciate any tips or advice on how to run my course and pct and any dieting tips too.
Cheers guys!

Yeah I have been reading about igf lr3, how should I include it into my regimen?

Welcome to MuscleChemistry, MC IGF-1 sounds like a great addition to your regime. I would start asap. My regimen is 40-60mcg split bi laterally applied to muscles worked. 30-40 minutes before workout. On non workout days I apply to obliques in the AM.

Congratulations on the decision to get healthy

Welcome to MuscleChemistry.com and yes youve come to the right place to help get into shape, and keep motivated! Now i do not know your measurements and im too lazy at the moment to go figure out your height and weight in Pounds and feet and inches,

However From what im reading, your over weight, and your going to lose the weight first with clen and t3 before touching steroids, is that correct? If so, its the smart move! As for IGF-1 lr3, I dont think its for you right now brutha! Yes you can lose BF and YES igf-1 lr3 will make the body utilize fat for energy, so yes its amazing in many ways, but I dont think its right for you right now!!! I would wait until you got your body fat down to where you want it to be , then build upon your new body weight with a cycle, perhaps even the one you listed, and then you add the IGF-1 lr3 alongside your steroid cycle, or you can even forgo to the steroids and just use the IGF-1 lr3 once your BF% is under control, as you might find that you dont need the gear for a while, and the igf-1 lr3 is sufficient by itself, and thats coming from someone who preaches IGF-1 lr3 is best with gear, but different strokes for different folks, and right now, sounds like ur motivated, especially with the baby on the way, which By the way..Congratz on the due baby!

Anyhow, i think you need to hit the cardio and gym, get a rock solid diet in place, and maybe check out our Diet and Nutrition forum and talk to member 3J, he runs that forum, and offers professional services to everyone from average Joe, to National Level competitors, his work is amazing as he listed before and after pics of his clients and its astonishing!

Not trying to upsell ya on him or anything, just a suggestion, if i was out to upsell you, i would tell you to go ahead and buy the igf-1 lr3 that you were already interested in! But thats not why were here daddio!

Good luck! and once again welcome to MC

Welcome to MC. Your in the right place and you have the proper mind set. I would follow the advice given, It's good stuff!

good to have you here friend, best bodybuilding message board out there if u ask me with plenty of steroid knowledge to learn and share

Cheers guys! Yeah I will definitely be recording my progress on here, and asking you guys for advice. Probably every 5 minutes or so haha
Thanks presser for the congrats, missus is super close now lol.
I'd be about 5'7" and 214.5 pounds. Fairly stocky build with a spare tire gut atm.
Will check out the nutrition forum too.
I have a bit of local support in my cousin and a couple other friends who lift heavy so I'll annoy them with questions too haha

We are at your disposal welcome to the site!

Welcome. We are glad to have you here, and we hope that you will stay. Very knowledgeable people here to answer your questions.

welcome!! given your stats it seems your diet needs to be looked at

i have a free diet advice thread as a sticky in the diet section.. take advantage of it.. remember, its 80% diet!

I can hear the accent in your posts!! I love it!! Hello you saucy tart!! I agree with Presser. It's all about maintaining that motivation and seeing results. 3J has done some amazing stuff with guys. I know the money is hard to pony up at first, but you will see results quickly. The main thing is don't lose that motivation once you get it. Getting in shape is hard, being in shape is easy... get lean as quickly as you possibly can. From there the muscle you build will keep you going back to the gym.
