��Getting into ketosis and gaining muscle is a tricky combination. Multiple studies have now shown you can gain just as much muscle when keto adapted as you can when carb adapted, however this will likely not happen if your protein intake is too low.-
If your protein is too low you likely won’t gain muscle. If it is too high it may benefit muscle gain but make it difficult to maintain ketosis. Keep high protein days 1-2 times/week and moderate for the remainder for optimal results.
