thanks alot ppl... she has been training for a year but just started supps... 50mg prop/week for 3 weeks then 5 mg var/day with 100 mg primo/week... had to stop the prop couldnt wear jeans without getting off!!!!!hahah

everyday
1 3oz egg whites, 1/2 cup cream of rice, 8 oz ground turkey
2 8oz chicken 2 cups brown rice
3 8 oz turkey 1 1/2 cup rice and 202grams plus or minus baked pot
3 same as 3
5 meal replace "all the whey"
6 same as 1
gallon water/day
wanted to gain fast so thats why the quick aas use.... after this show she will train natural for the next 6 months, hit it hard and go to the indiana state show next year...
meeting linda was a big deal to her she got alot of good advise at a sitdown with her!!!!
oh ya since she is ON lots of cardio at night, and the morning, and home for lunch!!!!!!!almost too much!!!hahaha
