How many of you guys have a goal weight? I used to think I wanted to be 200lbs. but now that I can be over 200lbs. with ease I know I want to be even bigger. For me personally I just want to be big and lean but still athletic. I don't have a goal weight anymore now my goal is to look great.

For some reason I thought you were already in the 200's...have you been cutting for a while?

yeah it's funny how the more conditioned you are the "bigger" you look most of the time. I'm actually leaner now then I've been in the past and people always ask me if I've gained weight because I'm more conditioned

im 245 this morning when i woke up within two years i wanna be sittin at 260 265 around 11% bodyfat or so comfortably :)

i take that back 2 years i wanna be at 260 at 8 or 9% that would be nice :) i dont wanna get any lower then that dont care too much to be all ripped up 10% or a little under would be fine with me.

220-230 for me, I'd be happy with about 10-12% BF, being 6'1 and naturally 'big' around the waist and all, I would love to stay within those stats. I'm working on it.

I'm just going to keep setting short term goals for myself and keep adjusting them as I go. As long as I look good in a t-shirt for the ladies and people get out of my way I'll be happy ;)

i hear ya mikey i hope i can hit like 255 by december or so and get the fat down around 12% gonna take some hard work but i think i can manage ;) specially with some help from my old friends.

I've noticed that, too. It is especially affecting me right now because my bodyfat is dropping off at the same time that I'm gaining. Makes me look huge (at least to me).

I weigh myself just to keep track but the mirror is the king. You dont look good in
the mirror it dont matter how much you weigh. Just my opinion

Point taken, but we all set goals to help us get to the next level, and say you weigh 200 and want to be a little bigger, adding 10 pounds to weigh 210 is a good way to quantify the goal. Hopefully during and after the process, we will still look good in the mirror as you said.

I'd like to be 200 in single digit bf%. Of course after I get there (and I will), I'll jus want to be bigger. So fuck it, I'll be happy with 275 at 5'8" :D

haha, right on tee im 180 5'8. shooting for 215 this winter with a little fat, then cut to 200, for april. cant wait for my next cycle!!

My problem is no matter how "big" I get I always think I look small in the mirror. So I kinda dont like mirrors. They make me crazy.
