Goals anyone?

Does anyone have any particular or specific goals that are in progress or coming up shortly?

For me, I'm in the process of blasting with DC. I hope to break the 280 mark. I'm overly confident that I can and will do so.

But my real goal is going to be when I start to diet down. It's going to be a long, slow process. I need to keep disciplined. Because as of now, I get away with murder (diet-wise), with some restrictions obviously.

Goal - a show by early summer next year, and doing well in it.

Yes, my goal is to get 225lbs at about 8-10% bodyfat and be at 205lbs ripped when I diet down. Also want to start competing again next year.

More importantly I want to benefit the sport of bodybuilding and have a positve impact on the sport as a whole. I work hard daily to do this and it is important to me as I don't want to just take from it, but put something back into it. As I feel I do everyday I come to this board and paarticipate as do all the members here...As the members, each one of you is what makes this board great!!! Thanks!!!!

Time and God will tell...The Iron will be the Answer!!!
 
my best was 200 + at 9%bf and running sub 18:00 5K

I'd like to be about 195 under 8% and run a sub 3:00 Marathon and just look great on the beach
 
i'd like to be around 250-255 lean, and around 230 cut. it'll take at most three years from now.
 
actually, now that i think about it i'd rather be closer to 300lbs and 8-10% bf....i real damn tall though
 
I want to break 230lbs....for some reason on my frame I think that will look really big though. I'm 5'9, 190 lbs right now.

2-3 years at most.
 
My short term goals, as in the next few weeks, are strength specific max lift goals under competition standards. Squat 230kg(506lbs), Deadlift 240kg(528lbs), Bench...ummm....anything, its so pathetic right now haha! Weak pecs and other anatomical constraints are the problem. Need coaching.:(
 
i would have hit mid 220's this year, but all the f'en enth i got this year is dirty so the only thing i can bulk on is prop.:(
