Here I’ve decided to go with 10mgs a day yk11 and some cardarine gw501516. Not sure on the dose of GW that you would recommend with yk11 for recomp. I think I’m gonna buy enough for 12 weeks and maybe run the GW an additional four weeks on top of that to get some more fat loss properties.
Do you think this is a good plan? I’m 23 years old and 230 pounds with 25% body fat
