Well that's because it's a planet fitness!! ... a 'judgement free zone' .. and when i did a tour of there.. they told me... we prefer NOT to have body builder types... because we don't want people intimidated by 'those types of people' ... plus the dumbells only go up to 60 or 80lbs.. pffft.... no free weight benches either... just a smith machine or two... ....

... they don't like you dropping a weight.. EVER... making a noise EVER ... or.. apperently looking 'good' ever...

sigh... but that did make me laugh. especially since I knew it was planet fitness!

That's the same video that Chris250 posted. I was really surprised that the mirror didn't break. Funny how the machines have wording on them that says, "You belong!" Sad that it is being labeled as a "roid rage" though.

trying to survive brother! .. being unemployed blows... STILL... practically worked like 2 months outta the past 1.5-2yrs.. it's TERRIBLE! ...

anyway.. going to the gym has been one of the only therapies i've had.. i just can't fucking gain the weight i want too.. no matter WHAT i do! .. i need to build up my lower half more... ALOT more.. so maybe my upper half will grow the way i want it too..
