What are the thoughts on running GW50 45 minutes before you hit the gym only, not on off gym days. Not looking to cut at this point, just the benefits of endurance is what I'm looking for.

I would stick with it daily but if you do it I'm interested in how it turns out. It's not like a preworkout and half life is pretty long I think 24 hours so if you were going to gym eod it might be ok but not as good as daily. I wouldn't take 2 days off of it
Now that I did not think of.....
Been doing more reading and I think I will save it and start it at the end of my next bulk cycle. Going old school and just want to put on as much as many pounds as I can. Will use that for both recovery and fat loss.
