Have questions regarding my pre-contest dry run

OK I'm a bit stumped here, I haven't competed since 1990 in the AAU and now I'm a lot older things are much harder. I was bulked up to 245 (I'm 5'9") but had good sized gut and abdominal fat. So I decided I'd sacrifice muscle to lose BF in the ab area. So at first I trimmed to 220, looked pretty cut but abs still pretty bad. Now about 9 wks ago I started running early in AM and have worked up to an hour, approx 4 miles 4 times a week. I'm at 207 and abs looks much better but still have a long way to go.

I want to compete in the heavyweight class but I know that even at 197(the cut off between classes) my abs still won't look real sharp. I'm eating pretty damn clean, my only fats are from salmon a couple times a week. IIRC when I was in the Central USA in 1990, I was 189. So any suggestions how I can still lose ab fat and still remain above 197? Am I doing too much cardio? If so do I cut back on frequency or elapsed time? I know that I've lost size in my thighs due to the running. Or do I increase protein? Or continue on this weight losing course and see what weight I have my six pack back regardless of bodyweight? I know I have both inner and outer fat. According to my calipers, I have about 30 mm of fat in lower ab near the naval. Not good.

I've been taking 300 mg of Prop and same of dose of Tren Acetate/week and run 2.5 IU of GH 5 times a wk. plus am just coming off T3

Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
 
I would say dont worry about ur weight bro, just slim down to where ur tight all over and dont worry about trying to do this while keeping your weight at a certain point, that will drive u nuts.

Stay on the tren ace and prop every other day or ed, and add in clen and t3, i know u said u r coming of the t3 now and not sure how long u been on it unless i missed it in ur post, but i would start the clen and in a couple week add the t3 back in and stay on that combo along with ur gear ed or eod.
 
oh and u can grab both at cyber-suppz store as they have a 3 for $99 special right now if ur interested in it, and they have top of the line products which i have zero doubt will help you alot

Thanks for the encouragment Bro, it means a lot. Correct me if I'm wrong but dont you want to come off the Tren Ac after 10 wks or so due to the toxicity? I was going to replace it with EQ. Same with T3, its been at least 6 wks now

What are the names of the products in the cyber store you were referring to?

PS your right the scale is a mind fu*k after a while.
