healing stack using nutrobal and what else?

I’m thinking of doing nutrobal mk677, lgd4033 and maybe ostarine mk2866? Would this stack well together? 25Mgs a day of nutrobal, 20mgs lgd and 50mgs ostarine is what the info says to use. What do you all think would work well for 10 weeks?
I’m trying to heal a torn labrum and I’m 52 years old.
