help I cant eat so big portions of carbonhydrates!

hi,

I am female, 52 kg doing weightlifting 4-5 times/week. I have a personal trainer which is also my nutrionist. He upped my carbonhydrates from 140 to 250 g. A typical meal would be:
60 g cous cous
100 g white meat
200 g green veggies

but this 3x day! I cant eat that big portions and so often no way. I have managed two days, but slowly I get an aversion against food, this is not good:) feelin´rapping..

is there no way to fill a meal with a carbonhydrat drink instead of wheat, oat, bulgur, wild rice and so on. Actually I think it is better to eat natural food instead of a drink, but I feel bloated and may not go to sleep because I have to eat one more meal..

is there a drink, without sugar, fat, but complex carbonhydrates?

Hi Nes, have you talked to your nutritionist about this. Most people are able to split 3 meals into many smaller meals. As far as a supplement that can help. I know there are some but I'm not sure of the names right now.

So I will bump this up for others.

i would surgest splitting it up then..
small portions 5 times a day would be better any way...IMHO

AS LONG AS YOU ARE HITTING YOUR MACRO TARGET FOR THE DAY..

hi thank you!

well I have 5 meals a day. There are breakfast and snack(rice cracker+protein drink) and two , or three big meals. I can throw up, and this is not good. Meanwhile I hate to eat. I cant go to sleep now, because I am so full..I have to wait. I dont want to have that problems with foods, its not normal. I want to have a normal realation to healty food.

I found Instant oats, I think they are complex carbonhydrates. I think I will drink that instead of one meal. I have asked him through email, but wanted to read other opinions too.

I would use steel rolled oats if you can.
All of this depends on willingness and ability. Maybe cut down on the food to a level you can do. Slowly every couple days increase it until your eating what your nutritionist has directed.
He has given you the tools you have to figure out how to use them.
TRUE STORY...
Many years ago 20 or so with many years bodybuilding behind me. I was manager at a gym and knew (lol) everything about working out & nutrition (lol) but I couldn't figure out how to get that last layer of bodyfat off.
I swallowed my pride and

Saw a Kevin Levrones nutritional coach at the time. The guy was only about an 1.5 hours away. We worked a trade, I send him gym members to coach he coaches me free.
Okay wow that was the easy part. 6 meals / day eating all day. I have never eaten so much but all clean food. So much food I would lay on the couch with my last meal trying to force it in. It was miserable. It was tilipa, microwaved. I didn't know how to cook. The food sucked all day. Guess what I forced it in, I learned spices (a little) and achieved my goals.
So..spice it up, force it in or slow down.
On a side note. I have not tried it but there are some peptides that are supposed to increase hunger a lot. Like GHRP-6, I think and a couple others. Do a search in our peptides forum for it. Should lead you to others peptides that may stimulate appetite.

3J will let you know if I'm even on the right path.

Anybody question there meal plan regardless of your body weight or bulking/cutting. Eat 2 cans of tuna mixed with 1 sweet potato and 1tbs of olive oil 5-6 times per day for 7 days. One of two things will happen.... You give up or understand how your own body works.
