Hey all, been getting all sorts of bad advice and could use some help please

hey guys,

Iv been interested in doing a few courses for a while now, but seems everyone Im talkin to has profit in mind and is just giving me advice as to move the product they have. Iv since done a bit more research though various forums and now want to ask a few questions.

ok so a bit of info about me. im 29 yrs old, 194 lbs (88gs) and 6'0
Iv been really regular with my training but am now hitting that plateau and want to increase the lifting capacity across my range, also increase my overall lean body mass to around 210lbs (96kgs) I understand the importance of diet and am pretty confident I have learnt my body well enough to understand what works for me in each different phase of dieting.

Now, I have done 2 6 week courses before, both cut short because of work commitments and I found the cold turkey side effects were terrible. I felt like a senile old man. both times I was doing just straight test enanthate @ 2-3ml per week. I recently sustained a lower back injury from what I believe was a mix of dried joints and also bad form on that particular day.

SO! this brings me to my questions:

1. If I do a mass stack to begin with will this be a good one:
weeks 1-4 Dbol 30mg a day and test e (1ml 2x a week)
weeks 4-8 Deca 1ml 2x a week and test e 1.5ml 2x a week
weeks 8-12 ???

2. Should Nolvadex be included to help me with the last phase of coming off cycle?

3. how long between the next cycle a to not lose too much gains? (bearing in mind I know some loss is to be expected)

4. Is test e available in tablet form?

5. Can Deca be stacked with the Dbol and test e? or will my liver really be at its limits with the Dbol alone?

6. Is stanizol (winstrol) any good for what I am wanting to do?
 
The cycle itself looks fine. I dont know that I'd throw the devil in just yet. Test and Deca alone would be good. I'm a strong advocate for introducing 1 new compound at a time so you know how you react to it and can adjust things as needed but if you add in multiple compounds at once it is hard to pinpoint where the problem may be. As for nomads I'd only use it if you show any signs of pre exist in gyno. I'd stick with aqua clo from the store here at mc.

Rule of thumb is time on equals time off between cycles.

Also, test e is not available in tab form.

The combo of Deca and dbol is great but I explain my feelings above.

Winny will dry your joints out even more and I wouldn't add it into a cycle with deca, they are basically the opposite of each other
 
Ive got to spread some rep before i rep bignwv again but thats probably the best advice you will get

What is the test e 200mg/ml? And you can pin once a week 400-500 mg but twice a week is probably just a little better
 
I would suggest to wait. Train naturally some more. Have you trained regular, force fed yourself a clean diet?
I really dont think your have hit a plateu. Dosent sound like you have trained enough. Looks to me like you
want the easy way. Not to dis you, all of us would like the easy way. lol How long have you actually trained
CONSISTANTLY for and how strict and long have you held a good diet. My opinion, but think we need better honest
info to give you more accurate advice for your best benefit.
 
ok so iv been training what I call properly for a couple of years now. not always 100% strict and everyday consistent, but I work one month away from home and a week home. usually the time away I train religiously and eat clean, with a good stack of protein, bcaas, creatine etc. I also have to factor in 10-12hour working days so my sleep can get down to 5-6 hours some nights. all of which I have learnt are contributing factors. I appreciate you asking if im looking for the easy way, to me I also don't think there is such a thing, but I just figure if im going to cycle a few times, id like to be stacking correctly. Im in Australia so this also creates another problem because everything usually gets sourced in Thailand and well u get the point. going back to the oral test, is there such a thing available? or is test injectable only? would taking dbol with a test booster warrant any gains? or am I really just better taking all this advice to Thailand and just focusing on this 100% for 10-12 weeks... I know some of these questions probably sound stupid, but our country doesn't make any of this easy
 
oh and the test e, was just a test enanthate. (testoviron Im pretty sure) I can get sus 250 as well, but I was hoping to avoid injectables only because of the logistical dilemma
 
just to point out my training regime is one I learnt from my bodybuilder mate right back when and I have since seen various personal trainers to tweak technique and also try different diets. I could write it if it really matters, but its not really what im wanting advice on at the moment. im pretty sure u guys would be content with my style
 
just another question about the dbol, if I was to take that on its own for 4-6 weeks, would I retain any of the gains or would it just be a waste?
 
For most, dbol gives a lot of gains via water, and then the gains go away after you stop the dbol. That's what everyone says. In reality, as long as you have a good diet, you will keep some of what you gained. Muscles are 70% water after all. When it comes down to it, drugs aside, as long as you are getting enough building blocks to grow (positive nitrogen balance) and are progressing from workout to workout be it an increase in weight or reps, you will gain.

I'd agree with mcgaret, but if you're set on doing a cycle, I see a lot of focusing on the cycle itself, so I would guess that you are overthinking the cycle a bit. I would suggest that you keep it simple if you're going to do something. If you want mass, stick to mass building compounds, i.e., test, dbol. You don't need a lot. Btw, saying something like "1ml" doesn't tell us anything about the actual amount you are taking. Dosages are commonly 200-250mg/ml for test, 200-300mg/ml for deca. Plan your cycle on the actual dosages. You could hypothetically do:

1-10 weeks 600mg of test (take once per week, if your test is 200mg/ml that's 3ml/week)
1-4 weeks 30mg dbol daily (10mg spread out 3x per day)

That's pretty much all you would need.
