Just found this forum, really happy to have found some similar minded people to chat with.

I'm mainly into powerlifting but am following kind of a hybrid lifting program that builds muscle as well as strength.

Looking forward to chatting it up.

welcome.. What the hell is a hybrid program?

Focuses on building both strength and mass.

My rep scheme starts @ 10 for each exercise, then I build up in weight and drop the reps down low and boost the intensity up. Its worked very well for me to gain a lot of mass and strength in a short time.
