try taking a break man. If you switch to something stronger, you will just get used to that dose as well, eventually it takes a toll on your CNS (central nervous system). You'll start to feel achy and sluggish all the time, at least I did. My advice is to cycle off for 4-8 weeks, then jump back on.
As far as good ones, I've tried jack3d (old and new formula), no-xplode, assault, grenade .50 caliber, 1MR (new and old formula). Those are just big names i've tried and i've tried all the generic walmart brands as well. My favorites are the ones that are now banned, being jack3d old furmula and 1MR old formula. Now I use ON Pre and it works great. I've found that the simpler formulas work 10X better. I've noticed the fancy ones with all the fillers and the big scoopers are junk most of the time.
I take ECA stack every single day and it keeps me lean as fuck, and gives me a huge energy boost in the morning! But i haven't taken it before the gym in ages, but i use to always take it before the gym and its amazing pre workout!
A good start would be:
Ephedrine 50mg
Caffiene 400mg
Aspirin 325mg
Take that all at once about 30 minutes prior to training and you will feel it@!
For a good muscle pump I take l-arginine and l citrulline.
which are just nitric oxide boosters. I find buying them instead of the big name N.O. boosters is a lot cheaper.
