If I'm looking to try and get some new muscle fibers
I will go 5ius 3X a day. This I believe has worked. But say I'm running this for 6 months. I will not see any notice and bigger( what I believe is new fibers) till 4 to 6 months after I stopped that hgh cycle. It's almost like the high hgh is makeing new fibers an they need time to mature. So after a 6 month run of hgh I go big on test and protein to help get them fibers up and running.
Like splitting your normal dose into morning, afternoon, and bedtime? I'm interested in this too. Never used it before so I'm gathering as much info as possible before trying it.

You will find out there's so many mixed reviews. Some say best to use first thing AM others say best to use right before you go to bed. Then not all hgh is same you def get what you pay for. That's a fact.
I'd definitely personally stay away from a pin before bedtime since you're basically wasting the effects of spiking your HGH levels since they're high while you're sleeping anyway

I've also never taken enough to feel the need to split it, but the next time I run it I'm going balls to the wall to actually get the right results.
