Hitting legs every Monday, show or no show...

if you want to do them on thursday one week and go over to golds, i'll be there. legs are kinda my thing...
just give me a few weeks to get back to it after this cold.

Well its really nothing I did. I was personal training over there, then got a better offer at the other gym in town, and I took it. So now they wont allow me to come over there and train, due to they fill I will steal members from the gym, lol. Which some of my clients did follow me over to the other gym. So its childish really in my eyes.

Ive been hitting legs every 6 days and sometimes every 5th day. Im playing with rotating but Im getting better results by cutting it short and not waiting 7 days. Im doing this bc Im running higher than usual supps at the moment. Going shopping tommorrow bc my legs wont fit into my pants anymore, feels good. Tell me what you think about it?? Im thinking of doing the same with chest, bc mine sucks. My lifestyle makes it hard to hit the muscles that often but ive kinda pushed other activities out of my life and Im growing again.

Yes, I agree with hitting a laging bodypart twice a week. I have done the same with my legs and back and they have improved so much in less than a year. So keep at it!
 
that's when i train legs now too is mondays...i figure since i hate training them, if i do them first in the week, then i'm still motivated cause my hardest day is done and i can enjoy the other bodyparts more too
