I have been reading many different boards and occasionally posting. I've noticed something that I thought I should mention here. This is purely for your information--it's part of being a member of this board. You do what you wish with the info that follows:
The boards that seem to succeed and have a constantly good exchange of information are the ones that tend to do these things:
1. When new members ask questions, advanced members answer them (even if they have been answered many times).
2. Advanced members RARELY reply with "do a search." (Remember, every time a question is answered, the teacher and the student learn more).
3. Only when rules are broken do people take time to "flame" (such as posting sources, asking people to check email).
I have noticed many of you on this board complaining about how bored you are after having gotten the information you need about AS, so you let other junk overrun the board. I suggest that you take more of an interest in doing what this board seems to have been started for: educating people about AS: new and advanced users.
If you get the knowledge and then tell the new people to "go search" you are being selfish, and impatient to people who need information (the ones who need the info most).
Sometimes there are so many posts with conflicting information that it makes good sense to stop referring to OLD posts and answer the new people's questions again and again.
