now, some people feel its great to take a hot bath before inj, some people feel its great to do afterwords, to thin oils and help absorption in both cases. Whats your take?

I like to inj right after a shower bc I feel theres less chance of anything (germs soil) being on the site, but that may be me just bein a spaz I always use alch preps

I don't disagree with your logic. I do tend to avoid any injects on an area that's not visibly clean. Definitely no shots right after working out for example

alcohol the area is more than suff. alcohol your hands, etc... use aseptic technique.

unless its soiled from excessive sweat, in which a alch swab alone may not get it all off
