After I dropped those 20lbs eating <50 per day, I stopped keeping track. I'll try to keep track this week and get back to this thread.
 
100-150

im currently cutting

some days i go alittle lower, but guage it on how im feeling and looking
 
150 to 200g ed on cutting (90% low-GI slow absorbing like oatmeal, pastas ect. ) i avoit pops/ sugars alot when trimmign up.
300-500g ed on bulking.
 
Around 400g of Carbs. I notice that I respond really well to high carbs. It really depends on the bodytype and genetics of the person though.

For bulking, I actually get leaner and build muscle much faster on high carbs.

The high fat, high protein diet never worked for me. I felt too flat.

With my bodytype, I do the high fat, high protein, high carb diet :D

Around 400 for me right now. I feel better with a good amount of carbs. I tried a keto diet a while ago and thought I was going to die, seriously. I would rather have the flu that be on that diet. Ugghh.
 
I'm always trying to bulk, and with the hypoglycemia, I have to take extra carbs in anyway so I'm sure I'm over 450.

I do less than 50 when trying to quickly drop some weight. I've been trying to keep it under 300 now, though. I might drop the carbs again in a few weeks to be sure I'm "beach ready". hehe
