how many minutes do you really train per session?

I’m looking for some numbers when it comes to how many minutes per training session you train total?
Like when you walk into the gym and then leave the gym how long do you actually spend and would you say you actually spend the whole time lifting weights or is it more other things that you’re doing.
Right now it’s taking me about 70 minutes to complete my workouts and I think that I’m still not doing enough but I want to hear some feedback

i train 45-60min
i dont suggest you go too long
 
The ideal duration of exercise can vary greatly depending on the person, goals, preferences, and type of exercise. For weightlifting and bodyweight strength training, 45-60 minutes per session is enough. Meanwhile, cardiovascular and aerobics training may be better if done for 30-60 minutes.
