Look at the product label- it should have concentration info on the label. I would suggest no more than one dropperful a day. You can also use a syringe to measure dosage as well.
I would start out with few drops, something like 3-4 drops and work your way up, the reason why i say this is because most people have don't have the same tolerance for this product, try that...
