How to get much much more out of your creatine! How to Make Effervescent Creatine!

Effervescent Creatine , does anyone remember that? It was quadruple the price as normal creatine, and touted as being absorbed two to 3 times better.

It was better, and it did get absorbed much better, and all it is for those of you who like to use creatine, and havent tried effervescent creatine, but dont want to spend the extra money, here is the secret.....

just add a couple Alkaseltzer to the bottom of your cup, then scoop in your regular creatine, add water, watch it fiz ! It is this fizzing that is what makes it effervescent! Now you know!

Why is better, and absorbed better? Because its being micronized , broken down more so then had you just added water to the creatine alone, and this micronizing process is why you get more out of it when ingested!

Now, i wrote a long article on this many years ago, and a friend chimed in, and said, on top of the alkaselter micronizing the creatine so the stomach can absorb more of it, thus you get better effects with less. He said that if you drink it while its still fizzing some, that these bubbles aka the fizzing will agitate the lining of your stomach, and this agitating opens your stomach up to more absorption yet.

Now i dont know how true that is, but it made sense to me, although i dont know if the fizzing in the belly agitating the stomach walls, would create a process by which more is absorbed even further than just having the creatine micronized more so than without alkaseltzer, but i think its well worth noting this little tid bit he shared with me!

And in closing, yes creatine works! Yes you can use creatine while on a steroid cycle, and it works quite well actually!


So, the next time you decide to use creatine monohydrate, pop 1 or 2 alkaselter at the bottom of the powder. The effects are night and day!
 
I also should note, after rereading this, and NOT liking how it sounded when i stated "and yes you can use creatine on a steroid cycle" .

First, i stated that mainly because most guys and girls stacking some type of steroids think CREATINE is the devil when on hormones of the exogenous nature lmao

But I have to say, where the article went wrong above, is that it didnt answer whether creatine was any good in natural bodybuilders, and those who choose not to use any type of steroid. The answer is YES YES YES Creatine is fantastic for those who are natural, and especially so!

I know the first few times i Cycled creatine , I thought to myself, this cant be legal !!! My muscle bellies swelled up like i had never seen before, my strength went up quite a bit as well! The best way to explain this is, when your done working out, or in the middle of working out, and cant stop admiring yourself and the pump you have in the mirror, and think to yourself, man, If only i could stay this way, and walk around looking pumped like this. Well thats what creatine did for me, and many others the first few times I cycled it!

Back then i had no idea about alkaseltzer and not even sure effervescent creatine was on the market yet lol, I was using EAS Phosphagen HP which cost an arm and a leg as a young man! or was it XP, whichever of the two came first i used lol, i used both eventually, but the HP was amazing.


So, I personally suggest anyone into training and body building to try Creatine , the added water in the muscle bellies (not subcutaneously) will help your muscles push heavier weight, more reps, which ultimately leads to tearing the muscle deeper and deeper, which leads to muscle growth through the repairing processes of that deep muscle break down.


The size difference you see almost immediately (after 5 days through 10) will amaze anyone!

So why then do you hear so many people say things like: "creatine is a waste", or "your just pissing the creatine out of you", and of course ..."the gains arent permanent".

Thats easy, due to the fact that your initial muscle belly swelling (muscle hydration) is so amazing, that once it levels off and your muscles arent staying as pumped, and your not walking around feeling tight like you were, Its extremely noticeable which is why you cycle on and off creatine.

Yes, it feels like 10 steps forward (On creatine cycle) and then 8 Steps Back again(after creatine cycle). And these night and day differences are within a very short period of time, were talking about weeks.

However, if you took advantage of the muscle hydration during your creatine cycle, and hit the gym hard, trained heavier than ever before, this process in and of itself enabled you to start adding lean quality KEEPABLE muscle gains, provided on top of your training in the gym that you also dieted correctly, which as a young guy building muscle "dieted" means eating everything in site! Thats ok! Fuel Those Muscles!

In the end, even if the process is 10 steps forward and 8 steps back again, every time you cycle creatine, and you feel like your beating your head against the proverbial wall, just keep in mind ,those 2 small , seemingly insignificant positive steps each cycle will eventually add up to one hell of a natural physique! The kind of physique that doesnt need constant exogenous steroids to maintain your muscular body, and that is without a doubt the way to go- slow and steady wins the race as they say!

Unfortunately far too many, including myself have not been able to delay instant gratification through looking at the big picture. BIG Picture being ( Bodybuilding longevity )
