What's up everybody? I'm currently around 300 to 310 lb. I'm looking to lose 50 lb using tirzepatide. Please I need your help with dosing. Do you think I should start at 2 mg and gradually work my way up to 6 mg? Or do you think I should start closer to 4 or 5 mg at a higher dosage since I'm so big? Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

Hi @woeksid

You can definitely use Tirzepatide for weight loss. However, it should be taken weekly and on the same day each week.

You can take it any time of day with or without meals and your starting dose is 2.5 mg for 4 weeks. Check out UPsteroid for your Tirzepatide here.

Use the coupon code UP2026 for a discount on all orders.

Regards.

Tirzepatide is one of the best. It's a double agonist but if you want to take things to the next level, the next generation is retatrutide.

Tirzepatide is the absolute goat. It's the best one out there. It's FDA approved as well. You can run 1 to 2 mg a week and start there.

Bros, you want to start low on these products. Tirzepatide is no different. You want to see how you react to the side effects, then you can start increasing it as you go.

Tirzepatide 3 mg a week is good but I would start at 1 or 1.5 mg for the first 6 weeks; then you can gradually start increasing it.

There are three of the main GLP-1 options:
- semaglutide
- tirzepatide
- retatrutide
Honestly the reta is going to be the best one to use.
