My passion for fitness goes back to my high school and college career where I played tennis an ran track. It wasn't till I graduated that the movie "Terminator" inspired me to lift weights and put on muscle. As a female it was a bit uncomfortable at first but it didnt take long for me to get the bug and realize it can empower you in many aspects of ones life. As a competitive athlete I did my first show in 1994 and won my class, competed as an amateur till 2006 where I won my IFBB Pro card at the Nationals. I than continued my pro career, in a few years found myself placing 2nd at the Arnold Classic and 3rd at the Ms. Olympia in 2009. I was so excited an since than I have been ranked top three in the world consistantly.
With 20 years experience I have had the pleasure to coach other fellow athletes to reach there goals as I did. This is how Debi and Company was born, which can be found at debilaszewski.com.

[h=1]SALLY APONTE[/h]
Sally began training when entering the national competition Miss Dominican Republic 211 and it is at this stage that arises a passion for constant training, where she could see that her genetics were designed for this sport.
Delighted with the results and inspired by those who had reached physical success, sets herself in her training. While training alone, in what became her second home, Body Shop Santo Domingo, a coach was available to help , and arises the idea of entering the national competition Bodybuilding of Dom. Rep, which was just six months away, where she won first place and the absolute.
Sally is motivated by the beauty of body transformation, by always having a goal, overcoming weaknesses every day and above all, knowing that there are people that can be inspired and motivated by it, being an example for someone to whom it may in one way or another, help them achieve their goals.
[h=2]TRAINING[/h]At first 4-5 days a week, 1-2 hours a day.
To compete, train six days a week, 45min fasted cardio – weights 1-2 hours in the evening concluding with 30min of cardio.
To achieve her goals Sally focuses on being a better version of her, in health and in the responsibility that is having so many followers. Also, the satisfaction she feels knowing that she can, if we work for it and are constant, through our efforts we can work every day on something we like, and will help us to be happy.
Although sometimes I want to give up, patience and consistency will lead me to success, knowing that if I surrender, some of my followers will surrender too, is what keeps me going,
