not a fan of both of them anymore. i got stuck in traffic one day and it hit super hard, i had someone drive like 110mph on the side the road till a gas station! i took in all my carbs that day but i changed the source of carbs, that might had something to do with it. just not a fan of carrying candy all day and wondering. but the gains were amazing,lol im just not adding it in till im maxed out on food and gear.
