[h=2]Abstract[/h][FONT=&quot]Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a component of the extracellular matrix (ECM) in most vertebrate tissues and is thought to play a significant role during development, wound healing, and regeneration. In vitro studies have shown that HA enhances muscle progenitor cell recruitment and inhibits premature myotube fusion, implicating a role for this glycosaminoglycan in functional repair. However, the spatiotemporal distribution of HA during muscle growth and repair was unknown. We hypothesized that inducing hypertrophy via synergist ablation would increase the expression of HA and the HA synthases (HAS1–HAS3). We found that HA and HAS1–HAS3 were significantly upregulated within the plantaris muscle in response to Achilles tenectomy. HA concentration significantly increased 2.8-fold after 2 days but decreased towards levels comparable to age-matched controls by 14 days. Using immunohistochemistry, we found the colocalization of HAS1–HAS3 with macrophages, blood vessel epithelia, and fibroblasts varied in response to time and/or tenectomy. At the level of gene expression, only HAS1 and HAS2 significantly increased with respect to both time and tenectomy. The profiles of additional genes that influence ECM composition during muscle repair, tenascin-C, type I collagen, the HA-degrading hyaluronidases (Hyal) and matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) were also investigated. Hyal1 and Hyal2 were highly expressed in skeletal muscle but did not change after tenectomy; however, indicators of hypertrophy, MMP-2 and MMP-14, were significantly upregulated from 2 to 14 days. These results indicate that HA levels dynamically change in response to a hypertrophic stimulus and various cells may participate in this mechanism of skeletal muscle adaptation.

I believe there’s a variety of ways it made and we’re talking about injections in this case like SEO

The pictures in the other study i posted were amazing, however that study included resorbable implants

Hey Presser, My knees are completely played out. I had some Synvisc shots put in to both knees. Thought this was going to be the magic potion, but Noooo, it did nothing whatsoever. What can I do? I know it's arthritis. Been taking roughly 4-6 grams of turmeric everyday. I understand you must take this for several months to see any effect. It is difficult for me to stand up and to sit down. Someone please give me some sound advice. It has made me severely depressed. Kinda like what Lee Priest is going thru.

I know that knee pain all too well and synvisc didn’t work on me long either. I wish I knew a cure! Been reading a lot about this stuff I posted about but injecting it would do anything for our knees, but some studies on oral say it’s helpful.

on days I drink loads of water my knees hurt far less than days I don’t. I know that’s not the answer ur looking for but it the only thing that’s noticeabley helped mine

And I have not been drinking nearly enough water. Used to drink between 1-2 gallons every day.
I will now drink that amount again. Thank you. I'm really willing to try anything. I have done TB 500,
but that didn't seem to work. Maybe I should hit some Deca. I am training legs some. Extremely light weight on the
leg presses, albeit short range of motion. Boy do I suffer thru each rep. But need to do something. The thought of doing lunges makes me nauseous. As I sit here on the toilet writing this my knee is burning like fire. And being in the car over 15+ minutes is virtually impossible. I do have a very high pain tolerance, but this is ridiculous.

Now my minds eye is on fire! yes your both right, water water water. Lee, if I were you I would try to find that deca your talking about. It has always helped me

Hyaluronic acid injection do not sound feasible to me.

who ever the guy is in videos for that hydronic you posted about, he doesnt sound too convinced himself and cant even answer questions hahaha

My understanding is that Synvisc does have Hyaluronic Acid in its injection.
The theory behind it sounded very valid. Didn't do shit for me. Thank God for my insurances!
Each shot cost around $800.00. Yep, that's right!
Give me Deca any day.

I had considered synvisc for my knees (at about 50% cartilage loss - one side of each knee is basically bone-on-bone, the other side still has cartilage). My orthopedic specialist basically said it would do nothing for me. If the wear was more even, and not as pronounced, he would have suggested it - but not in my case :(

So very sorry for your knee issues. I can relate. Lately I've been taking a good amount of turmeric. Believe it or not I'm feeling a little better. I'm taking around 4-5 grams per day. The powder form.
