So there is this creepy guy, that likes to train teenage boys for shows. He is a fat, out of shape, mid 40 year old man. I never understood why anyone would train with him, but for some reason teenage kids go to him for help. My teen kid who is doing the NPC Iowa State, show was talking to one of this guys client. He is a 19 year old kid, actully pretty decent. Good potential, nice shape, and some decent size. He is a natural kid (at least I think he is) he is doing a show in late May. Anyway, my kid talks to him today. And this so called trainer, has him only eating 50 grams of carbs every 3rd day, and doing 30 or 40 mins of cardio everyday. He also, isnt allowed to use salt on any of his food. Low sodium as possiable. What is the big deal, one, he is already pretty lean (say 11-12 percent, can see outlines of muscle groups, abs can see somewhat) and the kicker is he is 20 weeks out !!! what will happen to a nattys muscle after 10 weeks of this kind of diet....Its gonna disapper like he never even trained. He isnt more than 190-195lbs now, at 5-9ish...what is he gonna diet down to...lightweights...He he probably could be around 165-175lbs if he wanted to...but no, this guy will take him all the way down to nothing....So today, I told my kid to go tell him if he wanted my help, I would help him out, and teach him the right way, at a discount price....so we will see....
