Icing after workouts?

whats your guys take on either icing areas after you work them out, or doing ice baths after a workout?
 
I do ice baths after a very hard leg day. The ones where I really hit everything 100% and do more sets and reps than normal. They really help me recover better, and Ice baths arent that bad if you have someone help you. I crank up some music pretty loud (wu-tang, biggie, bob marley) just something to distract me. I sit in the water and have my girl dump the ice in. I hold my wedding tackle and chest and sit it out for about 10-20 mins. Once I get out I take a cool shower then slowly warm the water up (SLOWLY) talk about feeling great! I always always ALWAYS recover faster this way. Although I wish I could do this more, but being 6'5'' its hard to get in tubs.

Give it a go! but make sure you put in the work in the gym to get the full benefit out of the ice bath.
 
hahahahahahahahahahahaha wedding tackle? that is fucking amazing, Im stealing that one for future use
