I think Ronnie looks like a frog and has a poor looking physique. Yea, it takes hard work and freaky genetics but he still looks goofy. His endurance and athletic ability are probably close to zero? I'd love to see him try and play hockey, swim or play tennis.

I have zero desire to ever be over 190 - 200 pounds at the max....

Lean, Muscular & Athletic bro'

A body built through sports, endurance and strength.

Still can't get over this picture,,,,,,,Yates is the shit in my opinion! But no I wouldn't want to look like that.

The fact is that whether they look too "big" or not its takes shit loads of dedication and drive to achieve what they have. Personally I like how Flex looked in his prime. That guy looked amazing imho.

hey man i hear you bro, whatever floats your boat, but that is why he's an OLYMPIAN BODYBUILDER and not a hockey player and as far as his endurance and athletic ability he's a bodybuilder need i say more.he is super-human when it comes to those two things.you think his strength and over-all work in the gym is just childs play.....please..weightlifting in my own opinion is the hardest sport in the world that demands total dedication and a complete way of life that most peaple can't even dream of

I'll answer your question bro, i'd have to say Coleman, I LOVE how freaky he is, the veins, the cuts, the fullness and shapes of his muscles and he's strong as fuck, yep that's what i wanna be like, but for my height 6'1 i'd have to weigh more to fill out my frame as much as him, Quincy Taylor is another one i'd wanna look like. I've NEVER seen a 6'4 bodybuilder fillout a frame like that guy! I agree on the Palumbo comment but ONLY on the conditioning, he does have sic arms and legs though.

Can't agree with you but I respect your opinion. No way could Coleman run with an NBA team or compete in a marathon and vice versa. Coleman would make Lebron James look stupid in the gym but Lebron would own Coleman on the court.

Key to life is balance. Most bodybuilders are educated, successful people who are more then just muscle. Look at Arnold. Governor of CA? That is crazy and he smoked pot for a camera. But he's smart when it comes to marketing.

I want the build and speed of a linebacker. That's me.

i think the topic is totally on point let peaple speak there mind, thats what were here for bro!!

F it. Anyone who takes time to improve themselves by working out, learning a trade, going back to school or building a business gets my respects.

Its the jerkoffs that make fun of people and think they are above, they are the ones that need a clue.

Wether someone looks lean, athletic and muscular or if they look big and freaky like a pro bodybuilder, I'm sure we can all agree that both those choices are far better than being a fat ass with a gut hanging over their belt!

I'll bump that.

Bump to anyone who's into weight lifting, health & fitness.

My ADD meds just kicked in so I can now focus. See Tom Cruise, Ritalin has some purpose.

I say OLD SCHOOL ARNOLD. That is the ideal body IMO.

out of all bbers i would take dexter jackson's look. of course i would want to look like big ron too. but you know what, i am happy with the physique, or maybe the potential of the physique that i have. i am lean year round, have good back development which i like. if there is one thing i could change about myself it would be my torn bicep, thats it. i truely believe i can have the physique i desire in a few years. dont compare yourself to others guys, you can never look like anyone else but you, so why not bust your fucking ass in the kitchen and gym and see what the fuck you can do with yourself. aint nuttin to it but to do it!

about the conditioning comment though...ronnie did the stairstepper at his house gym in 100* heat for a long ass time, carry all 300lbs of himself. i couldn't do that personally.
