Hello, I have had an IGF-1 for 2year unopened in frig do yall think its still good? However, I injured my keed with a minimal nondisplaced plateau lt knee fx I'm out of my 6week cast only allowed to put 50% of my wt on the leg for another 3 weeks. also, some ligament issues just thought this would help with recovery. Any thoughts?

Yes it would help with ligament issues. And it depends on what the igf-1 lr3 is suspended in, or if its still in lyophilized form etc..

If its in acetic acid, or BA, then it 100% still viable at the 6 month mark, and many users here have reported it had total viability at the one year marker. However two years is a long time, especially considering that light is what degrades IGF 1 lr3 the most , specifically UV type light, but over a two year period i would be pretty surprised if it was still any good, no matter whos it is. But i honestly have no clue. So for all i know it could be as good as the day it was made.

have you tried it yet?

yes, but I did not feel the pump like before.

Maybe it did degrade after two years but remember the pump isn’t always a constant nor should it be used to guage effectiveness. That said , two years in storage is a long time. But I know I would have used it
