I've never used PEG, but I have used des and lr3 and using them together is the absolute best combo ever!!!! The des pre-workout gives some of the craziest pumps ever but of course so does lr3, but lr3 is better for post-workout in all acuality. Lr3 is hands down essetial for problem areas that are lagging and sattelite cell actvation. Des is more of a primer for this and the lr3 is finsher. I usual only use lr3, but plan on applying both in the next off-season. And folostatin as a topper.
