IGF and lethargy

So I started my IGF and added it to my cycle. I started with 60mcgs and now im doing 100.
I wake up feeling lethargy and dry mouth. Is this because my dose is to high or carb overload?
Ive never felt this before and im curious if its the IGF dose and carb intake.
Any opinions?
I do love the addition to my cycle, but I feel weird and thought maybe this was due to the IGF and carb spike

Totally normal with some people. It's insulin-like so yes it will do that until you get your carbs right after taking the igf.

i always load up on carbs after igf, then hit the gym, and then i sip on a 50/50 carb protein drink throughout workout, then i cram as much protein and minimal carbs into myself post workout, thats what i found works best for me anyhow, but i guess its all dependent on when you take it, when you train etc… but the tiredness/lethargy is the same as one would get if taking insulin and not hitting the right amount of carbs.

If you browse through this forum, you'll find loads of guys who say they got lethargic just like you and also loads of guys who say their energy went through the roof, and it all comes down to what and when you take right after your igf.

Thanks again, I think its also dose dependent. I started with 60mcgs and then after a few weeks went to 120. That's when I started feeling tired and lethargic. I have reduced the dose to 60 and pre loaded with a fruit juice and 40 grams of carbs and that seems to be the right amount for me.
Thanks again for the help and advice. Im loving the pumps from it and I can definitely feel it 20 min after use.
