Everything I have read about taking igf des is that you take it before your work out. Since it only last 20-30 min I don't see how that will do anything for my training since it takes me 20min to drive to gym and get stuff in my locker and then another 5min warming up with some cardio. Why isn't it better to use it after my work out when the muscles have been stressed and looking to change?
