IGF-1 is responsible for muscle tissue, tendons and such while IGF-2 is responsible for internal organs and the abnormal bone growth. When GH users take too much GH I believe anything around 10 or more I.U's a day for long periods of time that's when IGF-2 levels go out of control which gives you the classic Hulk Hogan or Ronnie Coleman belly. My personal experience with IGF-1 was awesome. I felt recovered after every workout, I noticed a decrease in fat and just slept a lot better. I've used 60 mcgs and I've gone as high as 120 mcgs with no sides from it. I would not recommend anything less than 50mcgs. Also I've used IGF-1 with juice and without with great results. Don't worry about GH Belly unless your running high dosages of GH for a long time.
this is the best explanation short of personal experience I've ever read. thanks for the post, what was your source for this?
