Ive looked around and can't seem to find what a good size dose you should take a month or week. Can some one give me an idea on how to take this product and how often. Maybe a break down on how to cycle it? Thanks
After years of trying every way of administration and timiing possible. I found "what works best for me" is 50mcg post workout days/30mcg after 1st mean on non workout days. That being said I am no longer looking to be the big guy and have nothing to prove anymore. These days I run two quality 15 week plans per year and rest of time I am off.
Been on for three years......the past six months I run 200 mcgs bi lateral in the muscle pre workout first thing in the early morning and every other night before bed I hit 50 sub-q....the 200 pre workout seems to be my sweet spot
