My groin has been killing me for about 2 months now. I did legs today and by nights fall my groin has tightened up severely. I was going to inject igf in my groin for about a week or so to see if it will help clear up the injury.i am curious if anyone has injected there before and had good results, if any. Thanks for any and all info.
do not inject into the groin brutha, whenever i have an injury i always use the igf in the muscle closest to the injury, so i would use it in my upper quad if i had a groin injury. Truth be told it will help the healing process regardless of where you inject the igf brutha, but for me i have always used it closest to the injury as possible but i would NEVER USE IT IN MY GROIN
