I would just diet down and worry about losing the fat until you can see the other abs or until the point your satisfied with how you look, and just worry about using the compounds so you dont lose any muscle during the shredding up. Once your there and happy then add the compounds that will yield quality lean muscle, so you can see exactly where its all going and what needs what and where.
Truth be told, your compounds could stay the same whether your just dieting hard for fatloss or adding lean muscle to an already low body fat frame.
Cause EVERYONE wants to lose fat and add lean muscle, and its easier to do one then the other when your at the point where you can just barely see your abs, in my humble opinion
