I don't understand why you're not getting crazy pumps @ that dose?
Personally, I have a bowl of oatmeal with my pre-workout shake containing 10 egg whites (pasteurized) and chocolate syrup
exactly 15 min. AFTER pinning my IGF.
Then, I begin my workout within 30min.
That is enough for me to get crazy pumps every time, and I've been off and on since October last year.
Sometimes I have to take a break, stretch, and relax during my workout before I can continue (especially in my Lats, Calves, and Tri's).
100mcg is a pretty hefty dose. I never have to go more than 80mcg, and I mostly use 40-60mcg. Just depends on the injection site.
Some muscles need more than others for those insane pumps.
You could also try some Grape Juice. That will really get it going!

Just remember, even if you're not getting the crazy pumps everyone talks about, that doesn't mean it's not working.

Had a great workout yesterday
did 100 mcg of MC igf.
Carbed up before workout.
Was able to do my workout with plenty of energy to keep going
the pump was good.
Did traps injection first time went good.
Almost done with 1 st vial.
And now trying to find pins has become bull shit!
i was ordering from med lab
now they want a script to by them.
Where can I order from that sells them with out a script??
help wanted.
