IGF - subQ- IM - Bilateral - huh?

Greetings Earthlings,
So i'm going to start the famous MC IGF but still one last question I can't get a solid for sure for sure answer, well maybe that's because there isn't one...hehe...

Injection site - some people say do it in the muscles your working out that day, but why if it is just going into all of your blood eventually? plus I'm kind of a wuss to do that all over my body..hehe

I read some just do it subQ, I think I read presser saying that's what he does now? not 100% - read so much now..heheh... and why not just do it subQ it quick and easy? is it not as effective this way?

now for just 'regular' IM - could I just do one thigh on one day...then the next day do the other thigh...and so on? - this is what I would prefer but not sure that's what I'm supposed to do

I'm sure these are basic and boring questions but I just had to ask.. :)

Your questions are welcome here my brother, that's what we are here for. Personally I pin igf intramuscularly. Usually my biceps. Either form of injection is ok, but I prefer im. Igf is systemic so it spreads throughout the blood stream within 20-30 mins. Doesn't sit in a site like oil does. But if it makes you feel better you can pin bi laterally, but I haven't found any evidence of it establishing more cellular growth in the specific site, due to the peptide being systemic.

thanks for the reply...do you pin half a dose in each bicep? or just all in one, one day, then all in the other, the next day...etc? I was thinking I would feel ok doing..... 1 thigh 1 day...then the other side next time

I only use igf for preworkout purposes. 20-30mins before the gym. Like I mentioned before igf is systemic so I only pin intramuscularly 50mcg. All at once my brother. No need to double pin because if I pin my right bicep the igf will make it to my left bicep because it runs in your blood just like insulin does. A lot of the same properties.

Also yes, make sure that you do rotate your sites. Don't keep pinning the same spots.

This is all anecdotal and could be a person to person thing, but if doing it pre work out I like to do it IM as stated above. If I do it subq prework out I don't get the same pump unless I do it subq 3-4 hour before lifting ( as opposed to 20-30minutes when doing it IM)...............it doesn't make sence,but that is how it works for me.

Have not tried sub q, but have heard the same thing.

I do IM preworkout, and I do bi-lateral, because that's what works best for me and gives me the best feeling.
 
Sub q or I shoot it I'M and use my ventro glute...this is practice using a 29g slin pin the VG so I can feel more adept for larger Guage needles one day!

IM pre workout all at once bro. Don't be fooled because of the pump in one arm vs the other, GotTren is correct!
