IM fasting

I need someone way smarter than me to explain this diet............this is where I get totally confused. Have you ever had a steak for lunch, got sick at 2 AM the next morning or even 6 AM (18 hours later)and you throw up undigested steak? How does the IM fasting thing work if you eat for 8-9 hours, but stuff sits undigested in your stomach for 12 to 18 hours. Is it the act of chewing for only 8-9 hours a day that make IM fasting work? I keep reading that you can eat whatever you want for these 8-9 hours ( doesn't have to be fast digesting).

Realistically though steak is one of the hardest foods to digest because of its high fat, high density and high protein.

Not gonna lie, I've never heard of this before. So you can eat anything you want for 9 hours then nothing for the other 13 hours in the day? I don't know, man, but I think I'd be a grumpy guy after a few hours of not eating anything.

Yellow snow. I swear you are so familiar. Were you on phf or vicious forum?

anyways let me explain intermittent fasting. It's actually quite good. Now, it will suppress cravings and appetite by having steadier blood sugar, and you won't be in any detriment from the fasting as you're eating sufficiently when you break the fast. It's very complex but over all some people just generally feel better on it and have better diet adherance with it.
when bulking it's not going to be as ideal, but it's alright. You can easily fix the bulking issue by having a scoop of bcaas every 3-4 hours until you break the fast. The reason for this being that it's shown in research that optimal leucine intake for keeping protein synthesis up is every couple of hours. You don't need a full blown meal. Just some leucine- bcaas.

Bro can you elaborate more? Or provide a linky? My day dictates that at times I can eat every 3 hrs or so, but many other days I get so busy, I cant eat for many straight hrs, if I could find a sturctered plan, it may just what I need as I want to compete in a few shows asap.
