What kind of things will make you back off for a day or week or whatever? I occassionally have days where I'm just crazy strong. On those days I always hurt myself if I push it so those are my crazy high rep and volume days. Other times the inner part of my quads near my vastus medialis will get real tight and on those days I don't do any compound stuff.

when i start to feel the pectoral and deltoid / armpit insertion point pulled, i back off big time when i feel that shit! I have actually had such bad stretch marks there and pulled so bad that it bled there, crazy

and now i tend to back off when i feel any type of back spine shit, as mine is all fucked up so i pay close attention

I get that, too. In fact, I'm going through it now, and it pisses me off because I just can't go heavy like I want when I'm feeling it.

I get the same shit and most times it's not on heavy weights either. I wasn't blessed with the thick chest like most guys get so I pretty much said screw all that stuff since I had already torn one pec.

That's one of the first things I notice when I stop taking Deca or IGF is the tightness in the insertion. It feels like a few over tightened fibers

Sometimes I get pain in the top of the tear drop muscle on the quad. Like right in the middle of the leg even doing just a light warm up. Everytime I've gone ahead and worked up to my normal weights I've hurt the vastus medialis. It starts from no where and it's really strange. I see alot of people using the hell out of those foam rollers. What do you guys think of those?
